【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureoffoodprocessorsandblenders.Itappliestofoodprocessorsandblendershavingabowlwhichisstationarywhilethefoodisbeingprocessed.Thetotalvolumeofthebowlislessthanorequalto150l.Themachinescoveredbythisstandardareintendedtocarryoutvarioustypesofoperationssuchas:mincing,mixing,blending,whipping,usingalargenumberofproductsandrawmaterials,andwhichareusedinfoodandcateringindustriessuchasrestaurants,hotels,coffeeshopsandpubs.!ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttofoodprocessorsandblenders,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,operation,cleaning,removaloffoodblockages,feeding,changingthetools,maintenanceanddecommissioningofthemachine."1.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:?domesticmachines;?machinerydedicatedtofoodindustrialprocessing(e.g.petfood,canneryindustry,industrialmeatprocessing).Smallmachinescalled"shakers"whicharededicatedtoblendingliquid,withanimpellor,usuallydrivenfromaboveareexcluded.!deletedtext"!1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletofoodprocessorsandblenderswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN."
