【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestocold-reducedcarbonsteelsheetofcommercialanddrawingqualitiesforvitreousenamelling,wherethesurfaceofthesheetandchemicalcompositionofthebasemetalareofprimeimportance.Sheetforvitreousenamellingisproducedinthicknessesof0,35mmandthicker(commonlyupto3mm)andinwidthsof600mmandwiderincoilsandcutlengths.Sheetforvitreousenamellinglessthan600mmwidemaybeslitfromwidesheetandwillbeconsideredsheet.Commercial-qualitysheet(VE01)isintendedforgeneralfabricatingpurposeswheresheetisusedintheflatform,orforbendingormoderateforming.Drawing-qualitysheet(VE02,VE03,VE04andVE05)isintendedfordrawingandsevereforming.ItisfurnishedtoallrequirementsofthisInternationalStandardor,byagreementwhenordered,tofabricateanidentifiedpart,inwhichcasethemechanicalpropertiesofTable1donotapply.Ifstrainageingistobeminimized,gradeVE04orVE05shouldbespecified.Drawingqualitiesareidentifiedasfollows:VE02—drawingquality;VE03—deep-drawingquality;VE04—deep-drawingqualityaluminium-killed(see4.7);VE05—extra-deep-drawingquality(stabilizedinterstitial-free).Thedesignationsin1.3and1.4includethequalitiesofsheetsteelforvitreousenamelling.ThedesignationVErepresents“vitreousenamelling”similartoCR“coldreduced”.Thenumbers01,02,03,04and05arecommontootherstandards,indicatingthequalitiesofcommercial,drawing,deep-drawing,deepdrawingaluminium-killedandextra-deep-drawingstabilizedinterstitial-free.
