【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsforhotrollingmillsforflatproductsasdefinedin3.1.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttohotrollingmillsforflatproducts.Itdealsnotonlywithcircumstanceswherethemachineryisusedasintended,butalsoincludesotherconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer,suchasforeseeablefaults,malfunctionsormisuse(seeClauses4and5).ThisEuropeanstandardappliesto:Machineryandequipmentusedforthemanufacturingofmetalhotrolledflatproductsfromthematerialsupplyfrom(1),viathemillstands(2),totheexit(5)(seeFigure1).Thefollowingequipmentisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard:?furnacesinaccordancewithEN746-1,EN746-2andEN746-3;?continuouscastingmachinesaccordingtoEN14753;?hookconveyorsaccordingtoEN619;?rollshopequipment;?storageequipment(e.g.,high-baywarehouses);?cranes,forklifts,trucksandrailwaytrucksandothervehicles.ThisEuropeanstandardisnotapplicabletohotrollingmillsforflatproducts,manufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
