【摘要】:ThispartofISO7specifiesaprocessusinglimitgauges,forthevalidationoftaperinternalandexternalthreadsandparallelinternalthreadsonpipingsystemscomponentsandotherproducts,thedimensionsandtolerancesofwhicharedetailedinISO7-1.Thegaugingsystemdescribedmaynotbesuitable,withoutspecialprecautions,forgaugingofthreadsoninjectionmouldedplasticworkpieces.ThispartofISO7doesnotcovercompletelyalltherequirementsnecessaryforfullcontrolofthreadqualityanddimensions.AdditionalcontroloftoolsandequipmentandvisualinspectionduringproductionarerequiredtoensurecompletecompliancewithISO7-1,forexamplethelengthofusefulthreadoninternallythreadedworkpiecesshouldbecheckedbydirectmeasurement.AnnexAgivesasummaryofthegaugesincludedinthispartofISO7,togetherwithdetailsofthethreadelementscontrolledbyeachgaugeandgaugeidentificationnumbers.IntheeventofadisputeovercompliancewiththerequirementsofISO7-1,thegaugesinthispartofISO7aretobeconsideredasdecisiveforthethreadelementswhichtheycontrolontheworkpiece.
