【摘要】:ThispartofISO19973providestestproceduresfordeterminingreliabilityofpneumaticcylinderswithpistonrodbytestingandthemethodsofreportingtheresultsoftesting.ThegeneraltestconditionsandthecalculationmethodprovidedinPart1ofISO19973applytothefirstfailurewithoutrepairs,butexcludeoutliers.Thelifetimeofpneumaticcylindersisusuallygiveninnumberofcyclesorinkilometres.Therefore,whenevertheterm“time”isusedinthispartofISO19973,thisvariableistobeunderstoodascyclesorkilometres.ThispartofISO19973alsospecifiestestequipmentandthresholdlevelsforteststodeterminethereliabilityofpneumaticcylinderswithpistonrods,bothsingle-actinganddouble-acting.ThispartofISO19973isintendedtobeappliedtopneumaticpistonrodcylindersthatconformtoISO6430,ISO6432,ISO15552andISO21287;however,pneumaticpistonrodcylindersthatdonotconformtotheseInternationalStandardsbutareusedinthesamerangeofoperatingconditionscanbetestedinaccordancewithoneoftheclassesdefinedinTables1and2ofthispartofISO19973.ItisnecessarythatanydeviationfromthispartofISO19973bedocumentedinthetestreport.
